This vegan plan is 100% custom to YOU and YOUR goals. Whether you want to build muscle or burn fat, this plan can be created to fit your needs. Not only will this plan show you exactly how to leverage easy-to-make meals to chase down the body you desire, it will teach you how to easily piece together your own meals for the rest of your life. How? I don’t hide your calories and macros like many other meal plans will. I show your total daily calories and macros, your total calories and macros for every meal, and then to take it a step further, the calories and macros for every ingredient. You now have a custom template designed just for you that can be used to find different foods with similar calories and macros. Once you’re finished with your 8 weeks, either purchase another meal plan or use your custom layout to build your own meal plan with the numbers provided by the original plan. That’s some serious value! 

Each meal plan will come with 3 filling and healthy smoothie recipes to pick from for meal 1, and then up to 4 other different recipes to get your through the day. Extra recipes are available upon request. All meals are very easy to make along with being quite affordable. Removing as many hurdles as possible is my job so your goals can become as obtainable as possible.
